Spring 2024

 Exciting Beginnings: Impact100 Fannin’s Journey into 2024!

We are so excited for 2024, and Impact100 Fannin is off to a great start for our third year!

Over the last two years, Impacr100 Fannin has granted $264,000, to benefit the needs here in Fannin County. We had the privilege of awarding a trio of grants that will undoubtedly leave a lasting impact on the organizations and individuals they support. CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) and the Lake Blue Ridge Marine Detachment were each granted $25,000, empowering them to continue their vital work. And Open Arms Home for Children received our first ever $100,000 grant! We know these grants will provide meaningful support as the nonprofits continue their vital work in our community. We want to Thank all of our members for making this possible.  Your kindness and generosity is very much appreciated.

At Impact100 Fannin, one of our core values is transparency. We take pride in ensuring that our members know how and where their money is going to be spent.

We are excited to begin another year and look forward to making an even bigger IMPACT in 2024!

We would love for you to be a part of our organization and help us impact the needs here in Fannin County! For more information, please visit our website @impact100fannin.org or contact us at info@impact100fannin.org.

 Grant News!
Your Impact100 Fannin Grant Committee has been busy updating documents required to support our 2024 Grant Cycle. These will be available on our website so be sure to check them out. Questions about what eligibility requirements interested nonprofits must meet are explained as well as key dates for 2024 and the actual Letter of Intent and Grant Application documents. It is a great place to find information!

As you recall, Impact100 Fannin awarded $150,000 in Grants in 2023.  Thus far, we are excited to announce that the Lake Blue Ridge Marine Detachment has received $17,076.91 for the purchase of an equipment trailer and tools! We will keep you up to date as our other Grant recipients request funds and they are disbursed. There is a robust request, review and disbursement process required before Grant funds are released. Currently, only the Marines have requested funds. Each nonprofit who is awarded Grant funds has two years to expend their awards.  The Grant Committee and Governance Committee works hand in hand with our Treasurer to provide oversight for disbursement of the Grant funds.

We look forward to continuing to support our amazing 2023 Grantees, Open Arms, Georgia Court Appointed Special Advocates “CASA”, and the Lake Blue Ridge Marine Detachment as they implement their exciting plans to help Fannin County residents.

The next big news from the Impact100 Fannin’s Grant Committee will come on June 4th when at the Big Reveal, we will announce the amount of our 2024 Grants!  Keep an eye out for details regarding this event. An evite will be sent to all members. Since all our Grants are funded exclusively by membership, please renew yours soon and spread the word to other women who may want to join our mission to unite and empower women to make an impact in Fannin County.  We can do so much more together!

Thank you!
